The StarTech.com USB4 M.2 NVMe enclosure turns a PCIe NVMe SSD into fast, portable USB-C storage. It accepts M-Key or B+M Key drives from 2230 to 2280, including PCIe Gen 4 x4 models, and delivers up to 40Gbps with read/write speeds of up to 3,800 MB/s.

It connects to USB4, Thunderbolt 5/4/3 or USB 10Gbps hosts and works without drivers on Windows, macOS and Linux. The rugged anodised aluminium housing acts as a heatsink with a pre-installed thermal pad for silent, fanless cooling during long transfers. A USB4 cable and screwdriver are included.
