This unmanaged desktop switch provides an easy way to expand wired connectivity across high-speed networks. Equipped with eight 2.5 Gigabit ports, the unit features a 40 Gbps switching capacity. Built-in IGMP snooping manages multicast streams to prevent network congestion for IPTV users, while IEEE 802.1p Quality of Service (QoS) prioritises data traffic across eight priority levels.
Built with a fanless metal housing for silent running, the switch uses IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet and link status detection to lower power draw during periods of inactivity or when ports are disconnected.
