This SpacePole digital signage menu board mount from Ergonomic Solutions holds four screens of up to 43 inches side by side in landscape orientation, on a single 3.3m wall rail with 0-15° tilt.

Screens hook on to VESA 100 or 200 brackets, fine-tune with micro adjustment and are secured at the bottom. The rail can be cut down for smaller screens, making it suited to quick-service restaurants and retail counters.
