Open box monitors are unused. The box has been opened, usually because the monitor was returned to a retailer or used as a display unit, but the monitor itself is as new. That means you get the same screen for less than the sealed price.
Most open box monitors keep their original box, which may be a little tatty. Every one is covered by our 12-month warranty from the day it's delivered. If an accessory is missing, the listing's condition note says so.

How long is the warranty?
Every open box monitor is covered by our 12-month warranty from the day it is delivered. If something goes wrong, contact us first: we arrange the return and cover the carriage on faulty goods.
Does it come in the original box?
Usually, yes. Most open box monitors keep their original box, which may be tatty. Anything missing is listed in the condition note.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 60 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund of the item price, double the statutory minimum.
How quickly will it arrive?
Delivery is free and tracked across the UK. In-stock items ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day; items showing a longer despatch time go out within the days shown.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. Every order comes with a full VAT invoice, so business buyers can reclaim the VAT.
