Every monitor on this page has been used before, then inspected, cleaned and tested before we list it. Whatever the grade, it's fully working and covered by our 12-month warranty from the day it's delivered.
Refurbished monitors ship in protective generic packaging rather than the original retail box. If an accessory such as a cable is missing, the listing's condition note says so.
Choosing a grade
Excellent Refurbished: you'll have to look closely to see any sign of use.
Very Good Refurbished: faint scuffs or minor surface scratches you may notice in the right light.
Good Refurbished: moderate scratches, scuffs or small nicks, visible at a glance. Our most affordable grade.
Prefer something unused? Our open box monitors are unused customer returns, priced below sealed stock.

How long is the warranty?
12 months from delivery on every refurbished item, longer where a listing says so. If something goes wrong, contact us first: we arrange the return and cover the carriage on faulty goods.
What does the grade mean?
The grade describes how the monitor looks, not how it works. Every grade is fully working.
Does it come in the original box?
No. Refurbished monitors ship in protective generic packaging.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 60 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund of the item price, double the statutory minimum.
How quickly will it arrive?
Delivery is free and tracked across the UK. In-stock items ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day; items showing a longer despatch time go out within the days shown.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. Every order comes with a full VAT invoice, so business buyers can reclaim the VAT.
