The Yealink USB/QD Trainer Cable lets a supervisor and an agent use two Yealink Quick Disconnect headsets on one PC at the same time, so both can take part in the same call. The supervisor can speak or stay muted and just listen.
Because the supervisor lead is shorter than the agent lead, the cable also works as a simple USB to QD adapter, which makes it handy for hot desking. It is designed for Yealink YHS series headsets.
