Cryorig, a relatively young company, quickly became famous for its efficient and innovative products in the field of CPU cooling. The team of experienced radiator and OC experts rely on high-quality materials and innovative combinations of individual components to get the most out of air coolers. At the same time, Cryorig attaches great importance to keeping the installation of its CPU coolers as simple as possible. With the CPU cooler H5 Ultimate, Cryorig relies on four 6mm thick heatpipes that connect the nickel-plated copper base plate to the tower of the heat sink. The special feature is the design of the slats. The cooling fins are honeycomb-shaped and constricted towards the outlet. The honeycomb shape prevents turbulence and at the same time ensures that the air flows evenly through the lamellae. The constriction additionally ensures an optimised air flow, called the Jet Fin Acceleration System by Cryorig. This allows the heated air to be removed from the tower cooler more quickly.
 
As an effective anti-vibration measure, four rubber dampeners are embedded in the 140 mm fan at the corners. This dampens the vibration transmission of the fans to the fins. Cryorig's Fan XF140 has extraordinarily quiet bearings so that the noise level of the entire cooler is very low at 23 dB (A). In addition, the XF140's housing has four additional ventilation slots that further increase the fan's performance. Thanks to its outstanding performance and efficiency, the CPU tower cooler Cryorig H5 Ultimate is suitable for processors with a 180 Watt TDP (Thermal Design Power).

The uncomplicated assembly is particularly smart. The backplate is fixed by hand with knurled screws. This is followed by the holding frame for the respective CPU, which is also fastened with knurled screws. The heat sink is then attached with the enclosed screwdriver. Thermal conductive paste and a cloth for removing residue are included in the bundle. Mounting clips for an optional third fan are also included.
