Top features:

- Superb data storage with dual processor

- NoTouch technology helps to reduce wear

- Reducing vibration with StableTrac technology

Offering high performance data storage, the 2 TB WD Black 3.5" Internal Hard Drive is perfectly designed for demanding users.

Superb data storage

Ideal for those who edit photos and videos, power PC users and gamers, the WD hard drive packs a high powered punch. It features a dual processor that maximises performance, and has a large cache for fast read and write speeds.

The dynamic caching algorithm optimises cache allocation between reads and writes. If there is a lot of read traffic, the drive will allocate more cache to reading data, speeding up the process and improving performance.

NoTouch technology

The recording head of the Black Hard Drive never touches the disk, helping to reduce wear on the recording head and the disk. This NoTouch Ramp Load technology also helps to protect the drive when you are moving it.

Reducing vibration

The WD drive boasts reduced vibration thanks to StableTrac technology. This means that the motor shaft is secured at both ends, reducing the amount of vibration caused by the system, and also helping to improve stability.
