This StarTech.com SFP+ transceiver is compatible with Cisco SFP-10G-SR-S, giving 10GBASE-SR 10 Gigabit Ethernet over multimode fibre. It uses an LC connector at 850 nm and supports links of up to 300 m.

It is hot-swappable in Cisco routers and switches, including Firepower, ASR9000 and C9300 models, and also works with MSA-compliant switches that accept uncoded modules. Digital Diagnostic Monitoring reports the module's status to most SNMP network management tools.
